STK1AW32C No Display and does not boot

My 4 month old Intel Compute Stick II STK1AW32C does not have any display and does not boot. I tried 2 different monitors and HDMI cables and nothing. I tried plugging in a USB keyboard and booting and pressing F7 to do a bios update but nothing is displayed on the screen.

I also tried to access the unit via my internal network but nothing is displayed making me think it is not booting.

Is my unit dead?

Hi User1,

Your compute stick is not posting even after trying to update the BIOS and tested with 2 monitors. My recommendation is to contact our support team and request the replacement of it. I regret the inconvenience.
