STK1AW32SC does not boot

Jump to solution

My brand new STK1AW32SC doesn't boot at all. I connected to HDMI and the original retail power supply only. The blue LED keeps flashing in short cycles, the mini-fan just winces in the same frequency like the blue LED. Is it broken, do I need to return it?

Hello ctr,

Thank you for joining the Intel communities.

I suggest unplugging the unit from the power and monitor, leaving it like that for one hour or more, then plug it back in, make sure is off and then press and hold the power button for 3 seconds and release at the four second, you should a screen with several options press F2 to access the BIOS and once you are in the BIOS press F9 to set it defaults settings.

If this does not work then you can request a warranty replacement for the unit at the following link:

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html Contact Support

Best wishes,

Ivan
