The previous method used to connect and upload data from the Edison to a cloud-based system was called Cloud Analytics. This service from Intel has been discontinued but, there are other alternatives you can use.
You can use alternative solutions such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)*, Microsoft Azure* IoT Hub, or IBM Bluemix* IoT. The following guides contain step-by-step instructions you can use to connect your Edison to each of these cloud services.

Hello sir ,
i have created intel® Cloud Analytics account and now i'm able to send data to intel cloud serially using putty software(without uploading program in to edison, i can send data by using "tesing the component " topic given in following link). i have used following link
now i want to test data on cloud by uploading prog in to edison for that i have downloaded Iotkit library, but i'm facing problem while installing library .
library not getting install. i have used following program for testing please find the attachment. in that, prog is not getting compile because of library.
Now the problem of library is solved, i have installed Iotkit library .
i have registered the sensor and installed local agent on my device also tested connectivity and all.
i'm able to send data to Intel Iot cloud serially by using putty software but The problem is when i uploaded the sample program to send data to intel cloud i'm not getting data on intel cloud platform .
i have attached file of program which i have used, kindly find the attachment
The reason why the IoT Analytics is not working as it should is because it has been discontinued. We strongly suggest not to use this service and choose one of the alternative solutions from our previous reply.
Please refer to https://software.intel.com/en-us/iot/hardware/edison# cloud https://software.intel.com/en-us/iot/hardware/edison# cloud for alternatives to IoT Analytics and guides on how to connect and work with different cloud solutions.
