I still have the Galileo board we got for free and I still have a project to finish and I feel obliged to share it. Alas, it seems the place for sharing Galileo and Edison projects has vanished.
Or am I missing something? Where does my project belong?
Have you checked the Galileo wiki? I think you can share your work in there. Here's the link:
What do you exactly mean by restricted? Is that the error or warning message that you're getting? I haven't seen that before, could you please share some more details or an image of this message?
You can use the Galileo wiki in the meantime. I believe you won't have restriction messages in there.
That's really weird, I'm not getting that message, and as far as I know that webpage shouldn't be restricted. I will investigate this to give you a better answer. We appreciate your patience. As I told you before, you should be able to post your project in the Galileo wiki, at least for now.
You can also follow other projects in the Instructables site for Intel http://www.instructables.com/id/Intel-Galileo-Projects/ http://www.instructables.com/id/Intel-Galileo-Projects/.
I have no problem with this and there's absolutely no rush because I will need quite some time to be able to share something (that's weeks or months)...
yes, this is the place I was looking for. It also shows projects from instructables which is the first site that came to my mind, but I won't be writing a 'tutorial' because my project is just too bloated. It's a wind turbine (a mechanically challenging thing) with a weather station (but not just temperature-humidity). It will transmit data wirelessly to galileo which will run a web server and connect to opensensors.io.
Therefore, I just need a showcase. Hackster.io might be fine as well.
It might take some time, though. It's a hobby thing and at the moment I'm quite busy with non-hobby projects...
Thanks for the moment, you'll hear from me again
