I have a MAC and I installed the Intel studio on the Windows through VM in order to work on D2000 microcontroller. However, I wasn't able to update the board and got this message:
Any sugesstion to solve this problem?

Hi ,
The issue here is that Windows is not seeing the board - likely an issue with the driver.
There are some recomendations in this post on how to resolve driver issues -
However, accessing the board in ISSM via a VM is not currently supported so even if you do get it connected you may encounter issues with timeouts when you try to flash it.
