USB 3.0 no longer working

Hi,

I am currently working with a BLKSTK2mv64CC stick, where the USB 3.0 port on the device no longer works with USB 3.0 speeds, only USB 2.0. Looking in the device manager, it confirms that the port has been degraded to USB 2.0 speed (see picture). I've tried with several capable USB sticks, external harddrive and other USB 3.0 devices consuming little power and neither works. I've tried enabling power mode for the USB port, but to no avail. Any idea on what might have caused this and how to fix it?

I would like to confirm I couple of things regarding to your system configuration, so please provide the report mention below.

To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" in the top right corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear in the bottom right corner of the response box.
