Unable to download arduino 101 board

Just got my Arduino 101, but I can't download the proper board using the Arduino board manager.

Error downloading https://downloadmirror.intel.com/25470/eng/arc-toolchain-windows-arcem-1.0.1.zip

I followed this guide to add the Intel Curie Core to the Arduino Desktop IDE:

Getting Started with the Arduino/Genuino 101

The first time that I tried to add the core, I got a similar error message, but then I disabled my VPN and had no problem adding it. Are you behind a VPN when trying to add the core?

If the issue persists, I recommend you to contact Arduino (https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/ContactUs https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/ContactUs), since this type of issues are out of the scope of our technical support team, we focus on the Curie module itself.

I was attempting to download the board while at work, but I guess there's some company restrictions on the network that wouldn't let me download the files. I took my laptop home where it downloaded no-problem.

(It's strange, because according to my wife at home and http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/https://downloadmirror.intel.com/25470/eng/arc-toolchain-windows-... this link, it looked like it was beyond this local network. Can't argue with results, though.)
