Hi Varalaxmi,

Thanks for your interest in the Intel Galileo Platform.

We have accessed the boot manager menu in our Galileo board by pressing F7 as well as using the options you have tried (pressing down continuously, Esc, F2) so, it is strange that you can't access to this menu. We would like to know which Galileo image you are using, in order to get it you can use this command: uname –a

We'll be waiting for your reply.

Hello Yermi,

Thank you for your response.

uname -a output is "Linux galileo 3.8.7-yocto-standard # 1 Tue Jun 9 22:07:14 GMT 2015 i586 GNU/Linux."

i will be waiting for your reply.

Hi Varalaxmi,

We are using the same image as you are, and we have no issues accessing the boot manager menu, we'd recommend you to reflash your Galileo in order to discard any issue related to your image, here you can find the instructions to do it: https://software.intel.com/en-us/get-started-galileo-windows-step1 Make a bootable micro SD card.
