Hi all!
At first was all fine. But after some action I no longer have access to the flashing.
When I connect Edison with 2 USB cables - In devices I see only USB Serial Port. Phone Flash Tool, dfu-util - not see Edison
After some new actions - I broke wlan0
Currently I can work with Edison only via COM.. How restore this device?
Thanks!

Was stupid reason.

The reason Edison doesn't appear as a USB mass drive (named as "Edison" with around 805.1MB) I found is that the USB cable you are using is probably charger only (e.g. from a lot of phone vendors), even some of them worked for TTY/Screen serial communication but not working as a USB mass drive cable. I tried all cables at home, only Nokia USB cable worked for me on Mac OS X.

Hi CrazyDev,
I recommend you to try the flashall method to flash the Edison module. It's an alternative method that might fix the issue. Please check the following document for additional details on how to run the flashall script: /docs/DOC-25154 https://communities.intel.com/docs/DOC-25154
Try it and let us know if it works.

Diego

Hi CrazyDev,
When you tried to run the flashall.bat script, did you reboot the board? The process requires to reboot the board, otherwise, you will get the timeout message.
Additionally, could you please try to access the Edison's console through the COM3 port? You can use PuTTY to get access to the console and check if the Edison is booting. The following guide will show you the steps to access the Edison's console: https://software.intel.com/en-us/get-started-edison-windows-32-step4 https://software.intel.com/en-us/get-started-edison-windows-32-step4
