Hello Fernando,

Since the 500 Internal Server Error message is a general error, we made a couple more test with the link, but we couldn't reproduce the issue you are experiencing (we access the link as expected).

Could you please tell us if you have recently tried to access the link? Also please clear/delete your browser's cookies before trying to access the link.

I'll be waiting for your response.

Have a nice day.

Regards,

The problem remains, exactly as described.

No cookies, session started even without remembering form data from previous login.

Hi Andres,

Thanks for replying.

I don't have any time right now, and I don't think "reasonable" any extra work for solving web site bugs (I know my definition of "reasonable" may not be that of many others...).

I'll suggest any one trying to access the document just to logout from the Intel site, and I think that's simpler than having to (re)upload and setting new links.

BR,

Fernando.
