Where is usbnet defined in 3.5 release?

it was in /lib/systemd/system/network-gadget-init.service but it isnt anymore.

I checked connmand, systemd, udev, hotplug, /etc, /dev

Dmesg is reporting it early so it is defined in kernel?

Cause its making mdns failing to work.

I need to shutdown usb0

ifconfig usb0 down

and now it will get pingable.
