Why couldn’t I download the old version of ISS 2017?
Good day, community. I'm trying to download ISS 2017 (I need OpenOCD to debug my Intel (r) Quark (tm) X1000) as advised at https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/debug-solutions/topic/758894
However, when I select the necessary version and click download, the browser sends me the link

asks to log in and loop (does not load anything), as shown in the screenshots below:
