Will a Windows 10 Compute Stick work with a Davis Weather Station serial to UBB cable that in a PC gets configured as a COMM port?

Are you asking:

If so, the answer is no. The usb port on the stick is USB-A.

If you are asking:

The answer is maybe, provided you have the proper driver for the USB/Serial converter, and whatever drivers/software that is necessary for Davis, both being compatible with Windows 10.

OK, but the question is can you set a serial comm port, like a pc?

I am sorry for the misunderstanding, and yes you can; Intel® Compute Stick has USB ports that you can configure as COMM ports like a common USB port, the only thing is that you would need an adapter compatible with Windows® 10.
