Windows 10 1803 driver issue

Hello,

I have an issue since Windows 10 1803 update, I have no sound and locked in 1024*768:

  • unable to install the soc driver (blue screen during the install)
  • unable to install the GFX driver (system does not meet the minimum requirements)

My system is a fresh install an all is up2date (Windows and uefi).

Please help Intel support!

What type of Windows 10* image did you use? Did you download it from the Microsoft's website?

 

 

If possible let me know the stop code of the blue screen of death.

 

 

I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have in the computer. Please attach to this thread the .txt file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

 

 

To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" on the upper right hand corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.
