Windows 10 Home, 32 bits - Error when open an app

Intel Compute Stick STK1AW32SC.

When I click in an app, in Taskbar, it open in background. If I click in it, a second time, it gain focus and foreground.

In Windows normal operation, an app it is openned and gain focus with only one click.

How can I correct this?

Can you help me?

That might be due to your dual monitor setup. If an app opens in the background like this, can you move it to the current monitor via aero snap i.e. ++ or maybe ++? You can right-click on the desktop and select Display Settings and see if Windows thinks you're on the secondary monitor or something.

What is exactly the error message you get when opening applications?

 

Please attach screenshots of the messages.

 

 

In order to attach files, make sure you select the "Advanced Editor" option in the top right of your reply window. You will then be presented with an attach file dialogue at the bottom of the reply.

There are not an error message.

Clicking in Mozilla Firefox icon, in Taskbar.

1) First click, Screenshot_1, background.

2) Second click, Screenshot_2, foreground, focus.

It seems that the page is not loading on the second picture.

 

Does this happen when using Chrome, Microsoft* Edge?

1) First click, LOAD Mozilla Firefox, Screenshot_1, background.

2) Second click, NOT RELOAD, only it gain focus Mozilla Firefox, Screenshot_2, foreground, focus.

I have two ICS, and both gave me the same error.

Did you tested on an ICS STK1AW32SC?

First, opening Google Chrome;

Second, opening Mozilla Firefox.

Yes, I tried same model and I also tested on Mozilla, Chrome, Edge and I was not able to replicate it.
