Windows 10 Other device driver not installed

After eventually getting my WCS updated to newest Windows 10 version 1511 I have a problem with PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller device. This is under Other devices but have no idea which device is effected.

Error says Drivers for device not installed (Code 28).

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for the response Ivan but could you be a bit more specific as to which driver I should try to download/install?

As mentioned in my question "...but have no idea which device is effected."
