Hello SiddRajput,

Unfortunately I don't have access to a Xiaomi Mi band, however, according to this website: http://www.gearbest.com/smart-watches/pp_126026.html Xiaomi Miband Bluetooth 4.0 Smart Bracelet it is a Bluetooth 4.0 device. As you may know Bluetooth 4.0 and BLE are pretty much the same thing, so I suggest you to check the http://www.intel.com/support/edison/sb/CS-035381.htm Intel® Edison Bluetooth® User Guide on section 6.1 to learn how to interact with a BLE device.

Peter.

Thanks. I was wondering more about any APIs or drivers available that could make it easier to communicate with the Mi band. I'm familiar with the Edison Bluetooth User Guide document, but I'm looking for Mi band details specifically.

I see, unfortunately I don't think there is any API or drivers specific for Edison+Xiami Mi band. If you would like to continue with this project, I suggest you to contact http://www.mi.com/en/contact/ Xiaomi
