Hello Ronnie_530,
Thank you for joining the Intel communities.
Was the unit purchased with Windows 8.1 or pre-installed Windows 10?
Please try the following:
Update the Intel® Compute Stick BIOS; please download the latest BIOS version for this unit from the following link:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25506/BIOS-Update-FCBYT10H-86A- Download BIOS Update [FCBYT10H.86A]
In this case I recommend doing a BIOS recovery and you can follow the steps here:
http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-035445.htm Intel® Compute Stick — BIOS Recovery Instructions
After that is done reset the system to factory defaults:
- Remove any SD card, if installed.
- Press F8 when you see this prompt during boot: F8 to Activate Windows 8.1* Recovery Mode.
- Select Troubleshoot.
- Select Reset your PC, then select Next.
- Select just remove my files.
- Select Reset to start the restore process.
If this troubleshooting work for you, try upgrading to Windows 10 again, but before doing so, update Windows through Windows update with all the updates available and follow the steps to upgrade to Windows 10 at:
http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/stck1a32wfc/sb/CS-035724.htm Intel® Compute Stick STCK1A32WFC — Windows® 10 Upgrade Instructions
Please let me know if that works for you.
Regards!
Ivan

Samething happened to me after updating to windows 10. It was a nuisance I was able to resolve it last night with a bios update. You'll need a separate computer to do this.
Good Luck.
