i need a phone # for intel warranty dept. they have had my compute stick since 1/23 states 1-3 business days to wait for response. 1/31 rec'd email stating they hadn't rec'd it yet.
every time i try to log into this site i have to reset my password. can't use the customer warranty tracking link in the email. goes no where.
i have replied to 2 emails from intel and received nothing.
any help would be appreciated.

did receive an email saying it was shipped, however am quite confused by the usp tracking info.
