dwc3-device message when using usbserial port (Ubilinux)

Jump to solution

Does anyone know how to stop the messages that look like

[2280.098193] dwc3-device dwc3-device.1: request f5599de0 was not queued to ep6in-bulk

???

They occur every few minutes while in the screen app for terminal and they are incredibly annoying. They don't seem to actually affect anything but they cover up whatever file you are looking at or command you are typing in the terminal. Despite the many advantages I have found using Ubilinux over Yocto, this bug alone almost makes me want to switch back to yocto. Again, I cannot emphasize enough how deeply annoying this is.

I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to fix this!!

Thanks,

Thomas

Hi Thomas,

I looked for this error and found an old community thread where the user had the same issue in Ubilinux /thread/56392 https://communities.intel.com/thread/56392 . There's a suggestion posted by another user you might find useful.

If you need more information you should refer to Ubilinux http://www.emutexlabs.com/ubilinux http://www.emutexlabs.com/ubilinux , since they are in charge of supporting this image.

Right I've seen that but It doesn't look like there is a solution anywhere. I've switched back to yocto, there were other bigger problems I was having with ubilinux. But thanks for the reply, Sergio.
