Hello Rashid_Thattayil,

Which version of the FTDI driver did you download? If you have a 32 bit PC you need http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/CDM/CDM%20v2.12.14%20WHQL%20Certified.zip this one and if you have a 64 bit PC you need http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/CDM/CDM%20v2.12.14%20WHQL%20Certified.zip this one. Those are the latest versions of the FTDI drivers.

Could you show us the devices that are being detected on your device manager and a screenshot of how you are setting PuTTY?

Peter.

Hi Rashid_Thattayil

Have you been able to use the Serial Terminal?

Are you using a FTDI cable of 3.3V or 5V?

Regards,

Charlie
