i have problem for USB detected by custom Edison board

I was referenced Sparkfun Base board to connect webcam logitech C110 & gyro sensor in my custom board

see reference link below

https://cdn.sparkfun.com/datasheets/Dev/Edison/Base_Block.pdf https://cdn.sparkfun.com/datasheets/Dev/Edison/Base_Block.pdf

https://www.sparkfun.com/products/13045 SparkFun Block for Intel® Edison - Base - DEV-13045 - SparkFun Electronics

schematic file & top-view file also uploaded.

My problem is OTG function not worked.

any other function is worked

i think 100% sure that Sparkfun base block and my custom board are same

especially, OTG part there are same circuit

nothing special.

but connector is not OTG cable & socket is molex. see that uploaded picture

i sure that cable not a problem because i tested a lot

do any know about Edison OTG interface mechanism clearly?

what i missed?

additional, dmesg command when i connecting camera

Hi Insen.an,

That's a weird problem, we checked your board schematic and the Sparkfun board schematic and yes they are the same, we also compare your schematic with the http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/000005699.html Edison Breakout Board schematic and they are very similar.

About the dmesg command, it looks like that the problem is not in the hardware part because the camera is detected, right? So, I would like to ask you the following questions:

Have you used the Edison as a device? To flashing it, or other process. If you do, do you have problems with it?

Have you connected another device on the port? Please try with another device to check if it works.

I will be waiting for your answers.

Regards,

Hello Insen.an,

Do you still have problems with the OTG port? Did you try to use your board as a device?

Remember that I'm here waiting for your answers to help you.
