Hello Ayyappan91,
Thank you for interest in the Intel® Edison Breakout Board.
From what I have investigated, it seems that the two most popular methods to increase the size of the rootfs are presented in this documents:
• Increasing the Root Partition Size on Intel® Edison Boardso http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/000005955.html • How to boot Edison from an SD card (Linux)o https://communities.intel.com/thread/61048 https://communities.intel.com/thread/61048
I noticed you opened another thread https://communities.intel.com/thread/115489 https://communities.intel.com/thread/115489, Pedro M helped you with the first method, and that he is also guiding you with the image building process.
Please let me know if you find this information useful.
If you have any update or question, don't hesitate to contact us.
Have a nice day.
Regards,
Andres V.
