I used intel curie in my project and I want to power it by Ap2112k 3.3v regulator using Vsys pin , can I do this?
My battery rechargeable 3.7v coin-cell?

Since I haven't personally used an AP2112K 3.3 V regulator, I can't explicitly recommend it, but looking at the Intel® Curie™ Module – Datasheet (http://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/boardsandkits/curie/intel-curie-module-data... http://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/boardsandkits/curie/intel-curie-module-data...) I'd say that as long as the DC power source can supply a steady 3.3 V (and not exceed 4.4 V) you can use it as VSYS:
I'll also suggest you to check the Arduino 101 schematic for a better understanding on how VSYS interacts with other components, in case your project uses a similar structure:

I used USB for programming and power Flash chip with regulated 3.3v instead of VDD_PLAT_3P3
