iwlwifi: 5300: wifi random disconnect with Failed to send nullfunc intel galileo gen 1

I have 5 intel Galileo gen1with distribution yocto linux kernel 3.19.8 and Intel NIC 5300 agn. Boards send ping to a AP with interval 0.05s. Randomically one board disonnect and often reconnect wifi network with this log:

is there a patch or fix to prevent this problem?

The first thing that comes to mind as to why your board keeps disconnecting is because it doesn't has the proper firmware for you wireless card. Take a look at https://wireless.wiki.kernel.org/en/users/Drivers/iwlwifi https://wireless.wiki.kernel.org/en/users/Drivers/iwlwifi and download the firmware for your device. You can follow http://www.malinov.com/Home/sergey-s-blog/intelgalileo-addingwifi http://www.malinov.com/Home/sergey-s-blog/intelgalileo-addingwifi for the steps to install the firmware on your Galileo.

I can't change the firmware but it is right for the nic..... but i have found a patch that mitigate the problem
