Can you please provide us with a screenshot of the command screen where you get the error?

it is possible your DNS is misconfigured...
try
ping iotdk.intel.com
and ping to the other URLs in order to see if your card is getting the right servers
Besides, It is not possible to see whether your cards is connected to the internet or not
HTH,
Fernando.

Thanks for the report. You have the confirmation that at least your network configuration is not working properly.
Please send the output of the command
ifconfig -a
and a brief description of your connection to the internet. I'm assuming you are connected through a cable to a router, so please describe your connection.
Fernando.

Just to confirm you have internet connection, please send the output of
ping 8.8.8.8
if it works (as expected), then the most likely problem is the DNS configuration. In that case, follow the instructions at and/or similar ones.
HTH,
Fernando.
