tv remote

Jump to solution

Hello,

I have Compute Stick Sterling City with W10 (BOXSTK1AW32SC) and I am trying to control KODI via my TV's remote. KODI supports it, but I found in KODI wiki, that most of computers does not have support for CEC (Consumer Electronics Control). As Raspberry has native support for CEC,it seems to me, that such computer as Intel Stick would have it as well (and out of box).

Thanks,

Tomas

Hi TomJanda,

Only the 6th gen NUCs support CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) the feature is not available on sticks yet.

The 6th gen NUCs require a third party device to be plugged in to the board.

Examples:

Regards,
