Connector specifications for the CMA1BB Pro Assembly Element

Hello,

Does anyone know what brand and series connectors are used for the USB 2.0, Front Panel Header, System Fan Header, and Thermal Solution Fan Header connectors on the CMA1BB Pro Assembly Element?

The TPS merely states that they are 1x4, 1.25mm pitch connectors (or 1x11, 1.25mm for the front panel header). They appear to be PicoBlade, especially the beige colored USB 2.0 connectors, but I've never seen black PicoBlades before, and a PicoBlade doesn't seem to fit quite right.

I opened a support request but the service rep was unable to give me an answer other than to say that I can use any connector that meets the form, fit, and function.

I'm hoping that someone here can help me out.

After reviewing the case, we can confirm that you can use any connector as long as it meets the Form, Fit and Function specified in Intel® product specification or Industrial specification like USB.org:

No, I am not designing a custom carrier board. I'm using the Pro Assembly Element, which already has connectors on it. I'm trying to find out what the correct mating connectors are.

As I previously mentioned, the TPS for the Pro Assembly Element does not specify the connector other than to say it's a 1x##, 1.25mm pitch. If I go to Digi-Key and search for 1x11 (for the front panel header) with a 1.25mm pitch I get 13 different options. Sure, some of them are obviously not the mate, but I'm not sure why it should be up to me to procure the various options and test them all to see which one has the correct form, fit, and function.

This is a product that's expected to have things plugged into it, and you freely give out this information for other similar products (See https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/mini-pcs/nuc-kits/NUC7i7DN_TechProdSpec.pdf). I truly don't understand why I'm having so much trouble getting this info.

Maybe I can provide information that will be useful to you，I found that these connectors came from Aces is a company in Taiwan, China
