For intel nuc x15 stdio laptop-some problems are needing to be solved.

Dear engineers from intel,

As a NUC X15 User,i am searchingfor the official optimization for this computer.

When i have an opportunity to choose a laptop,i was attracted by this kit.

I like this designing,with a powerful processor, an RTX3060 laptop core and a huge battery in such a thin metal shell,but the weigh of it is less than 2 kilogram.As a university student with little money on budget,i almost fell in love with it.Although it is a little hard to get it repaired in China,i decided to buy it at once.

But after some days,i am a little regret for this decision.Poor battery life can't let one think of a huge battery.I tried to adjust the PL1 and PL2 in bios,but there is no good way.Almost everything is not adjustable in Bios. And i cannot disable RTX3060 completely.I don't know why you don't timing your product well or give the right of adjusting ourselves' laptop.As a large worldwide company,you really can do something for custmers and users.

In my opinion,we can put more settings into bios or NUC Software Stdio which is relative to controling cpu PL1,PL2,even PL3,graphic card's max TGP,and the MOST IMPORTANT,PLEASE REMOVE THE SETTING OF PASSIVE COOLING MODE.It always self-starting,which make my laptop turn really hot,that i will worry for my self-safety.If you really want to improve your product,please do some drive optimization to manage the battery power or give us IGPU mode.Many thanks to all of you.

I really like its designing and hope you can give us support in next several years,as a way of proving we have chosen a good option in the market.

We do understand that the battery life on your Intel® NUC X15 Laptop Kit is not meeting your expectations. Intel is working on a solution for the battery issue. Our recommendation is to double-click the battery icon in your system taskbar and use the power/performance slider to customize the operation.
