Hello colinzhangmadigi,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

To better assist you, I would appreciate if you could provide the following information:

Please run the following tool and attach the reports generated.

Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) Download link

1.  Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information.

2.   By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".

3. Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".

4. To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".

Additionally, I need to inform that I am unable to see the information that was attached to the case. If possible, please attach the report in a different format so we can further investigate this for you.

Hi colinzhangmadigi,

We are still looking into this issue, I have the case escalated up to the Product Team and they are working on it.

Quick question just to better understand the whole picture: are you designing your own carrier board or would you be using an Intel one (Austin Beach/Butler Beach)?

Regards,

Ronny G

Dear,

We tested with our own designed carrier board, not intel's

Hi colinzhangmadigi,

We would prefer to handle product designing related issues via a different support venue.

I sent you an email asking for additional information that I need before I submit this issue to our Product Team.

Thanks,

Ronny G
