My Nuc 9 keeps crashing with uncorrectible error blue screen. I have 2 samsung M.2 nvme drives and a single 16 gb ddr4 sodimm ram with a 1650 super gtx graphics card. Ive ran three memory integrity programs and they all came back fine. Rand geforce programs and it’s fine. However my core temps soar to around 100c if I play a game. Ive taken my compute element apart multiple times to fix the heat issue and nothing has fixed it. What shoukd I do I’m all out of ideas..

NucUser91, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this matter, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:

What is the complete model of the Intel® NUC?

What is the model of the monitor/TV?

Is this a new Intel® NUC?

Was it working fine before?

When did the issue start?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?

If you disconnect the 1650 super gtx graphics card is the problem the same, is the Intel® NUC still crashing and getting overheated?

The problem happens while you are running that specific game or with all the games and applications?

Are you using adapters or converters to connect the monitor/TV?

Which video port are you using to connect the external graphics card?

Which Windows* version are you using?

Please provide the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, please check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":

Any questions, please let me know.

NucUser91, Thank you very much for providing that information and the picture.

The T-junction of the Intel® Core™ i7-9750H Processor is 100°C, so nay temperature value under that state it is considered normal and expected:

https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/191045/intel-core-i7-9750h-processor-12m-cache-...

To rule out a possible hardware problem with the Intel® Processor, we can always run the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool, it does an overall test on the unit and if it passes the test it means it is working properly:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool

The problem of the computer crashing could be related to overheating, where is the Intel® NUC seated?

Regarding the BSOD, could you please provide the error code that you get when that happens?

Is the Intel® NUC throttling, getting freeze or going off by itself?

For testing purposes, please test the Intel® NUC with just one memory stick at a time with each stick on each memory slot, just to discard a possible problem with the memory RAM itself or with the memory slot in the Intel® NUC?

Do you have the option to use another known working SSD/HDD drive?

How did you install Windows*?

In reference to the SSU report, there is an option to save it as a file, please do that and attach it to the thread.
