Sorry, but Intel does not provide Linux drivers for the AverMedia capture card. Only Windows 10 is supported on these NUC Elements, as you can see here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/203702/intel-nuc-pro-chassis-element-cmcm2fbav/specifications.html.
