Seleccionar Drives

Tengo una mini pc Intel Pocked con procesador Atom Z3735 con 2 USB 2.0 + SD. Tiene Windows 10 home + Android. Su etiqueta dice: Modelo. D1S 2 + 32 y abajo el número: 06083895. No encuentro este modelo en las paginas de Intel. Quisiera saber qué actualización de BIOS y qué otros drivers le correspondan para bajarlos y tratar de repararla; ya que no arranca (vá a la pantalla azul de la muerte) y no puedo cargarle la iso de Windows 10. Gracias. Saludos. 

PD: no se si elegí correctamente en "select Location". No conozco los productos y no hablar el idioma inglés me complica. Mis disculpas.
