So I had a similar issue with the 1TB version of this SSD and with an Ubuntu 20.04 LTS OS version.
To resolve this problem I had to modify some options in the BIOS :
Go to POWER -> Secondary power settings and uncheck the two following options :
- PCIe ASPM support
- Native ACPI OS PCIe support

Hope it can help someone else.
