Проблемы с материнской платой NUC5i3MYBE

После того, как я в БИОС (материнской платой NUC5i3MYBE). Текущую версию я не обновлял.

Сбросил настройки BIOS по умолчанию (просто для тестов в этом не было никакой необходимости), то материнская плата стала грузиться исключительно в режиме S3/S5 (режим после зажатия кнопки Power Button Menu до 3 сигналов). По другому я вижу Power Button Menu.

Проблема: материнская плата не грузится в обычном режиме. Под обычном режимом я понимаю, когда при старте в правом нижнем углу мы видим кнопки (F2,F7,F10), а не в центре как в режиме Power Button Menu.

Когда же мы в режиме Power Button Menu, то система Windows 10 перестала грузиться (видим синие сегменты окружности загрузки Windos 10, а затем всё пропадает). Также перестали грузиться все загрузочные USB Flash (например, Acronis True Image 2019). До этого все загрузочные USB Flash и Windows 10 работали и грузились беспроблемно. Также перестала работать возможность перезагрузки компьютера по питанию (грубо говоря, вынимаем сетевой шнур из розетки 220В, но я выставля значение After Power Failure в значение Power On). Также перестала возможность перезагрузки компьютера, используя Ctrl+Alt+Del на клавиатуре.

BIOS до последней версии я не обновлял. По документации вот последняя версия.

После того как я вытащил Jumper ( был в положении 1-2 согласно документации) Запустил материнскую плату также в режиме Power Button Menu (3 сигнала при нажатии кнопки Power) , нажал кнопку Recovery BIOS (вроде F4). То у меня стала запускать материнская плата в обычном режиме, то есть я увидел (F2,F7,F10 - в правом нижнем углу, но систему мне не удалось запустить, так как он пишет типа ..."Jumper что-то типа перемещён"... Кстати и система стала нормально перезагружаться, через Ctrl+Alt + Del.

После того как Jumper вернул в положение 1-2, то опять все проблемы вернулись обратно.

Думаю обновить BIOS опять вынув Jumper из положения 1-2. Что посоветуйте?

Hi,

1. I could understand from your post two things: You couldn't recover your bios successfully and also you Power Led blinks 3 times after pressing for Power ON.
2. The 3 blinks are indication for failure in the RAM memory. Try to reset your RAM in the socket.
3. In order to isolate the failed RAM module/slot, try to work with only one RAM module at time, first in the lower slot then in the upper slot.
4. In order to recover your bios, follow my instructions:
5. Prepare USB stick fully formatted to FAT32 with Bios file MYi30055.bio  https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28867/BIOS-Update-MYBDWi30-86A-?product=84863 . Format your USB with Quick Format option unchecked. Do not format your USB in MAC (OS) or Linux machine. Use Windows.
6. Disconnect the power adapter and remove the bottom panel from your NUC.
7. Remove the Yellow Bios Security Jumper. See page 63 in Technical Product Specification: https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/boardsandkits/NUC5i5MYBE_TechProdSpec.pdf
8. Insert the USB with the MYi30055.bio file.
9. Reconnect the power adapter and power ON the NUC. Wait 30 sec - 2min. The Recovery process will start automatically and will end after 2 -5 minutes.
10. When bios recovery is completed, switch the power OFF, remove the power adapter and replace the Security Jumper (pins 1-2) . Reinstall the bottom panel.
11. Power your NUC ON.
12. Enter Bios setting by pressing F2 during boot process.
13. Press F9(followed by "Y"), to set Bios to default settings. Press F10 (followed by "Y"), to save the settings and exit to O.S. Let the NUC fully reboot.

Thank you for the manual. I will try to do it.

I tried to recover BIOS to use file MYi30055.bio yesterday. I didn't remove the Yellow Bios Security Jumper. (the Security Jumper was pins 1-2). I get a black screen.

In addition to performing Bios recovery, check the SO DIMMs, since the 3 blinks you see, may indicate RAM failure.
