最新显卡驱动问题,导致photoshop cc2018花屏。Latest Graphics driver issues。

我的电脑:windows10,nuc6 i5,

当安装官方最新版的显卡驱动会导致photoshop cc2018花屏。当关闭gps加速功能后不花屏,但是你知道的现在photoshop必须要开启gps加速否则速度很慢。

当安装显卡驱动Driver Version: 21.20.16.4590版本时候photoshop不花屏,但是Illustrator CC 2018有轻微的花屏。

我已经确定了不是photoshop的问题。而是显卡驱动的问题。

请帮帮我,谢谢!

My Computer: WINDOWS10,NUC6 i5,

when installing the official latest version of the graphics driver will cause Photoshop cc2018 flower screen.

When you turn off the GPS acceleration, you don't have to spend the screen, but you know that now Photoshop has to turn on the GPS acceleration or it's slow.

Photoshop does not spend the screen when installing the graphics driver driver version:21.20.16.4590 version, but illustrator CC 2018 has a slight flower screen.

I've identified a problem that is not Photoshop.It's a graphics-driven problem.

Please help me, thank you!

  • In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.
  • In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.
  • Copy all the information (Ctrl+C) and paste it here (Ctrl+V) so I can take a look.

最新的图形卡驱动已经被我卸载了,现在安装的驱版本是22.20.16.4836,但是依然花屏。

The latest graphics card driver has been uninstalled by me and now installs the drive version is 22.20.16.4836, but still flower screen.

sorry!It does so! Here is my recorded video. But I am sure it is a graphics driver problem. The same photoshop cc2018 on my other computer does not have this problem.

Thank you for waiting, allowed me to share with you that we were working to replicate your situation; these were the steps taken on the lab:

 

 

-we use the Intel® NUC Kit NUC6i5SYH.

 

- Clean installation of Windows® 10.

 

- Install Photoshop software.

 

- Update graphics drivers to .4901; with this graphics driver, we had a similar problem that you are having.

 

- Update graphics drivers to .4944; with this graphics driver, we did not have the problem.

 

 

You can try to update your graphics drivers to the version 15.65.4.4944, you can find that at the following link:
