Read this before looking at https//ark.intel.com:   Intel NUC & Compute Stick TPM and PTT Support.

I think you will find that almost every NUC - and certainly every single one in the past 5-6 generations - supports one or the other. If there isn't a hardware TPM, the platform will have PTT support.
