I would like to know if NUC11PAQi70QA is compatible with SB-RKTQ-4TB (its an 4tb NVME PCIe3.1 X4 ).
in the past i had bad experience where similar part failed (referring to the 4tb NVME itself here) while running it on a none compatible motherboard (it worked pretty well for 6 months before failing), at that time sabrent refused to cover it under warranty saying that manufacturer of motherboard specified in their datasheet ( https://psref.lenovo.com/syspool/Sys/PDF/ThinkPad/ThinkPad_T490/ThinkPad_T490_Spec.pdf ) that you can install up to 1tb only and that since i had it running in none compatible setup warranty is void.
bottom line, i'm after a statement if such 4tb would be compatible.

Hello, LioFiara,
Thank you for contacting Intel® Memory and Storage support.
We have a forum for the Intel® NUC support, and we are moving this thread to that forum so you can get an answer to your inquiry as soon as possible.
Best regards,

Hi @LioFiara
Intel can't validate all hardware for compatibility to your NUC. However, the previous model of Sabrent 4TB NVMe SSD SB-ROCKET-4TB was validated on your NUC. You may see this on list of Validated Products.
So, you may ask Sabrent if the the SSD will be covered by warranty if installed on this NUC.
