2019 refresh model release dates?

Hello can someone advise when will 2019 hades canyon replacement arrive? Is it soon or is it better to buy the hades canyon?

 

Or the standard i5 box does it have a refresh coming soon?

 

Can you replace the 8265 wireless chip on hades canyon with the newer wireless 8560? with bluetooth 5.0
