Hello, I remember that I tried to do an update and it had failed 2 times. I left out and half archived. I don't know what this knows.
I show you an image, it says unknown installation. I want to know what I did because it had failed error. I would like to uninstall, but I don't know the product to uninstall it, because I think it is of no use to me.
The error was that it was not compatible with my system. I think I made a very serious mistake by your proposal, and now that it failed, there is a useless installation trace in my computer. I don't know how to fix this problem.

Hello dubiletto
Thank you for posting on the Intel communities. If I may jump into the conversation, I just want to confirm as @n_scott_pearson suggested the history of the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant will remain, however, this does not mean that the installation was actually processed, only installations with the green check mark should have been installed. The installation history feature was recently added to the tool as you can check in the following article.

This was a configuration error in Intel's catalog. Drivers were unnecessarily being offered. The issue has been addressed and the drivers will no longer be offered. If you are still seeing them being offered, you should clear your browser cache and, for good measure, reboot.

Thank you for your reply.
So I just have to ignore the information that tells me "unknown installation"?
Because even deleting the browser cache, it still shows this information, as if I left a trace in my computer of what failed on December 20, when I exited the proposed installation attempt.

So nothing is installed, it's just a trace, I don't have to worry?
Yes, once he tried to install with a blue background of the software instalation in light to dark gradient, that's when he didn't finish the installation marking an error.
