AVR, Netflix and NUC

Hello,

I have a problem with netflix and this config.

NUC(Windows) -> AVR -> TV

For some reason, with this config, the TV start flickering till turn off video output(Sound still work) when Netflix APP is open, does not matter if is the App or the Web Version(Edge, Firefox & chrome tested).

I am prety sure that the problem is with the driver/software because i try with a ubuntu live usb and Netflix work fine in the same config.

I also try another PC with windows and work fine too.

The problem is with, Intel Nuc and WIndows.

I have the graphic drivers up to date and also the bios have been updated.

The NUC version is an NUC8i7BEH Intel Core i7-8559U.

I had a similar issue in the same NUC>AVR>TV Setup and after many failed windows reinstalls cable and HDMI input swaps I did the below and it worked for me. NUC7i3BNH 

1) Download https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29230?v=t

2)Disconnect internet

3)Device Manager > Graphics > Uninstall driver (ensure the delete files too option is checked)

4)Reboot

5)Install the driver downloaded earlier 

6)Reboot

Ensure the BIOS, and HDMI Firmware are updated too.
