Biosをアップデートしたら、電源ボタンランプが３回点滅状態で、起動しなくなった。

内部パーツは一切交換していない。

何をしたらよいか、教えてもらえますか？​

Three flashes mean an issue with memory. Do a CMOS clear and see if that gets you to a state where you can clear the BIOS Configuration.
