Allow two monitors display different open windows.

I have connected the NUC to a HP (Display Port NUC USB-C) and a Samsung with HDMI. I want to be able to have each monitor have a different window open. The setup does not appear to let me do this. Never had this issue with HP computer. Is the NUC 8i3BEK not able to allow this? Thanks in advance for your help

In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this topic, could you please provide a detailed description of what do you mean with "each monitor to have a different window open"? Not sure if we understood that correctly.

 

The reason why we wanted to confirm that and to answer your question as well, is because there are no restrictions when it comes to have different windows open when using the Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i3BEK. You can always achieve that choosing the extended mode to both displays:
