Seems like the cards would fit perfectly into both systems.
Also for the RGB connector to USB header, where would this be located to run the connector?
Interested in getting this card

Thank you for replying. I have seen a few videos where customers have fit the card in.
Can you advise where the USB headers are situated in the NUC? I am not sure and cannot find a manual that locates the headers

Chi C,
I believe the question is how do you connect the 1.25mm PicoBlade USB 4 pin connector in the NUC 12 Extreme to the USB 2.54mm 9 pin female USB connector that comes with the ARC A770. There doesn't seem to be a cable that supports that conversion directly.

I'm about to find out. I ordered a 4 pin Picoblade cable with 2.54mm connectors on the end. I'm going to bridge it to the cable that comes with the NUC. The cable only uses D+,D-, and ground.

So far it's not working, but I haven't opened the NUC back up to see if my cable came apart. It still says no GPU is present when loading the RGB software. I'm having other Serial port errors, so I may have flipped the wires.

Is is possible to use a USB 3 20 pin to USB 2 9 pin adapter and connect to the header on the NUC compute element board?

Hello Everyone,
thanks for your patience we have some updates.
By reviewing carefully the request about the Intel Arc A770, It will be compatible with NUC Dragon canyon, nevertheless, the RGB connector isn't compatible, so the Card will be properly detected/install to the PCI ports and able to be detected by the system but with no addressable RGB.
There are plenty of NUC models and form factors so please always remember to consider the product dimensions and compatibility in the compatibility tool https://compatibleproducts.intel.com
Please let me know if you find this information useful or if you have any other questions.

So the gpu will fit, but the RGB controller won’t work, even with an adapter to the usb 3 header.
Will they still light up without being able to be controlled?

Thank you for your time. In this case, the RGB light will light up, however, you will not be able to control them without the cable.
