Hallo,
wie kann es sein, dass bei einem anerkannten Garantiefall (Ticket 04957404) ein außergewöhnlicher Vorabaustausch nicht genehmigt wird ? COVID-19 ist außergewöhnlich. Ich bin wegen Covid-19 gesetzlich verpflichtet im Homeoffice zu arbeiten. Ich erhalte erst ein neues Gerät, wenn ich mein altes Gerät erfolgreich eingeschickt habe. Das darf doch nicht wahr sein. Soll ich wegen Intel 3 oder 5 Tage Urlaub nehmen ?
