Auf meinem Intel NUC8i7HNK habe ich eine veraltete HD Graphics 630 Treiberversion xxx.6374.

Die Intel Update Utility versucht die Version xxx.6519 zu installieren.

Hiebei meldet der Fehler ein Validierungsproblem.

Ich habe Windows10 18362.175

 

Alle anderen Updates BIOS. etc. sind fehlerfrei installiert.

Was kann ich tun, damit der Update fehlerfrei funktioniert?

 

Wenn ich versuche den Treiber manuell zu aktualisieren wird mir die Version 100.6890 angeboten. Auch Sie läßt sich nicht installieren.

Die exe-Datei liefert den Fehler "Falsches Betriebssystem"

 

Der PC funktioniert ansonsten fehlerfrei.

Hi @JKlef​ ,

  1. Disconnect the Internet connection from you NUC.
  2. Open Device Manager and uninstall the currently installed Intel Graphics Driver (ver. 6374). Check the delete option for uninstalling. You should see Microsoft Basic Graphics Driver instead the Intel Driver.
  3. Reboot your NUC and install the latest DCH driver ver 6890 (previously downloaded): https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28816/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers?product=80939
  4. Reconnect the Internet and reboot your NUC.

the reply of my Intel Treiber- und Support-Assistent is: "Ihre Intel Software ist auf dem neuesten Stand"

 

I followed nearly all of your instructions and now everything is in green condition.

(the only difference : I have now installed the xxx.6519 version instead of the newest xxx.6890 version)
