The issue with USB 3.0 was addressed in BIOS release 47 and USB 3.0 has worked consistently in BIOS releases 48 and 49 as well. I just ran a CrystalDiskMark test against my faster USB 3.0 Flash Disk (Silicon Power 64GB) and I am seeing 200 MB/s read and 100 MB/s write performance. This is well beyond what would be possible if the ports were only operating at USB 2.0 rates.
