BOXNUC8I7HVK2 sleep mode freezes

1-2 times a day when exiting sleep mode, instead of the authorization window, a black screen, the keyboard does not respond to pressing.

Only a hard reset on the power button helps. Windows BIOS and power settings are reset to default. All drivers and BIOS are updated to the latest versions. Has anyone come across this?

  2. In my NUC8i7HVK I'm using the latest AMD Radeon Adrenaline Driver version 19.11.3. Install this driver and see if this helps: https://drivers.amd.com/drivers/beta/Win10-64Bit-Radeon-Software-Adrenalin-2019-Edition-19.11.3-Nov18.exe
