We have a BOXNUC8i5BEK2 that wont power on anymore.
What we have tried:
- Another A/C adaptor
- Hold power button for 10 second without A/C
- Another SSD
- Other RAM
- No SSD
- No RAM
Power LED doesn't turn on in any case.
Any ideas or is it dead ?

- What about Standby LED? Is it ON? See Item "P" on figure 2, page 4 in Technical Product Specification: https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/mini-pcs/nuc-kits/NUC8i3BE_NUC8i5BE_NUC8i7BE_TechProdSpec.pdf
- If the answer for para. 1 is yes, you may try to disconnect the CMOS battery connector and reconnect it after 15 minutes. See item "C" on fig.1, page 3 in TPS. However, to do this, you have to remove the board from the case. Be careful doing this, as you can damage the WiFi antennas connectors. The WiFi adapter is located under the SSD. Since it can't be removed, you should lift the board very carefully and/or disconnect the antennas connector first.
- If the above is not helping, your NUC is probably dead. You should open an request for RMA, in order to replace this NUC in warranty coverage: https://supporttickets.intel.com/warrantyinfo?lang=en-US

Thank you for your reply!
No LED's turn on what so ever.
I will try a BIOS reset with the CMOS battery.
