I have three Intel NUCs. The BOXNUC8i7BEH1 fan rattled, etc., then stopped and the NUC reported excess heat and quit working. I have the replacement fan. YouTube videos show lots of information about NUC fan replacements. Unlike other NUCs the BOXNUC8i7BEH1 mother board has a number of sponge-like items mounted on the mental siding and blocking smooth removal of the board to access the fan. Where are instructions to replace the fan for this model? Is the fan accessible from the top via the two silver levers . . . which I can't figure out how to manipulate? I have a lot of money invested in the several NUCs and need to get this one operating.
Can anybody tell me where to see a video or tell me otherwise to learn how to swap out the NUC8i7BEH1 fan?
HELP, anybody! Intel Corp. Help me!!
